The moment you step inside you will feel like you are on holidays, downstairs offering a huge living/dining room that flow into the outdoor oasis offering huge salt water swimming pool with solar heating, 2 expansive day beds to relax and enjoy reading while you watch the children enjoy the pool, playground/cubby house.
Showcasing ample entertainment, including the large deck stretching into the great gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, outdoor shower, huge second living space upstairs as well as an expansive balcony where you will experience the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises and all this being on 600m walk to the sand. The house is the perfect set up for two families who want to relax together in the ultimate setting.
Kids can enjoy the wide range of activities, including board game X-box, Books, DVDs, and Puzzles.
