I found Jonty to be an excellent agent.  He was always available for a call to discuss the campaign, how opens were going and how the market was trending.  Really solid when it came to the crunch and provided excellent advice.  I would recommend Jonty in a heartbeat to anyone looking to sell their house in the Bayside area.
