Nick was the selling agent for a property I recently purchased.  He was approachable and happy to discuss the process and intricacies of the potential purchase at the outset.  Thereafter he was communicative about terms and potential settlements dates etc.  On auction day, he was an excellent auctioneer, extolling the virtues of the property and its location without dragging out what is necessarily a stressful event for most vendors and would-be purchasers.
